Tall Trees Teen Workshop

It takes all kinds to run the world!

The Tall Trees Basic Teen Workshop equips teenagers with the insight, language, and confidence they need to understand themselves and others. Built on Hettie Brittz’s well‑known Tree Type framework — Pine Tree, Palm Tree, Boxwood Tree, and Rose Bush — this workshop helps teens discover why they think, feel, and respond the way they do in school, friendships, family life, and everyday challenges.

Through interactive activities, stories, and guided conversations, each teen explores his/her:

• Fields of Greatness the tasks, roles, and environments where they naturally thrive
• Forces Within: their built‑in strengths, talents, and character traits
• Frostbite: situations that drain energy or trigger frustration
• Fertilizer: what restores motivation, joy, and emotional stability
• Forest Fires: their communication and conflict style and how it affects others
• Fast Forward: the areas where they can grow into better friends and leaders, be stretched, and build new skills

For Accredited Facilitators & Coaches

This workshop is a complete, ready‑to‑deliver Tall Trees product designed for use in schools, churches, youth groups, camps, and community settings. It includes:

• A full presentation
• Activities and content aligned with Teen Trees and the Tall Trees growth framework
