The Tall Trees Teen Promotional Talk

R0,00

The Teen Promo Talks inspire teenagers, parents, and teachers to explore teens’ unique temperament and strengths, to understand why they and their peer groups think and behave so differently, and to see clearly why building skills for healthier communication, confidence, and growth is essential.

We are a community of coaches and facilitators who excel in serving others, even though marketing is not always our strongest skill. By taking on this marketing talk and stepping forward in this way, you expand the reach of your own calling as well as Tall Trees’ worldwide work, and we are excited to encourage you.

Please contact us if we can support you in your marketing efforts. In certain deserving cases, we can provide free profiles for key decision‑makers to help you open doors with teams or organizations in your target market. We also regularly compile deals that offer drastic discount on bulk teen profiles to make budgets work! Reach out to Hettie to discuss such solutions.

The Tall Trees Teen Promo Talk

All Trees can be Tall Trees!

A free marketing resource for Tall Trees Coaches and Facilitators who wish to present Teen TTLPs and Teen Workshops.

Teenagers wrestle daily with pressure from school, friendships, and the expectations of adults — and often don’t understand why they respond to these stressors the way they do. The Tall Trees Teen Promo Talk introduces Tall Trees’ well‑known personality profiles (the Pine, Palm, Boxwood, and Rose) to help teens and the adults who guide them discover who they truly are. This talk shares key characteristics of these four Tree Types, while reminding teens — and their parents or teachers — that we are usually a combination of trees!

Where the full Teen Workshop and Leadership Profile Reports help teens discover the six aspects of their uniqueness through interactive exercises, stories, and conversations, the promo talk simply introduces these aspects and sparks curiosity about each teen’s:

  • Fields of Greatness – the tasks and situations where they naturally fit
  • Forces Within – their unique strengths and talents
  • Frostbite – situations that frustrate and drain them
  • Fertilizer – what they need to experience energy, joy, and productivity
  • Forest Fires – how they communicate, resolve conflict, and experience emotions
  • Fast Forward – the areas where they can still grow

The promo talk also includes delightful information that is not part of the Teen Workshop — namely the common thinking traps of each Tree Type  (for example “I must always be okay” or “Change is dangerous,” from the book Don’t Change Them; Grow Them). This helps teens recognize these patterns and reframe their thinking. They also get to see which popular characters they resemble!

This talk is a “taste‑tester” for the full experience, for which each teen needs their own TTLP report and for which you, as facilitator/coach, need the complete Tall Trees Teen Workshop Presentation.

For Facilitators/Coaches

This promo talk is designed to be presented by accredited Tall Trees facilitators at schools, churches, or youth groups. It is suitable for a teen audience, for parents, teachers, or a mixed audience of teens and adults who want to understand teenagers better. It includes a customisable presentation, Mentimeter‑based interaction, and support materials. The content flows from the work of Hettie Brittz and has been adapted (with permission) by Hannelet Labuschagne, an Accredited Evergreen Parenting and Tall Trees Coach, specifically for a teen audience.

Each presenter may shorten the free talk depending on the time available. However, it may under no circumstances be presented for payment. If you are offered a speaking fee, offer toe actual Teen Workshop instead and encourage the purchase of TTLPs. Reach out to Hettie if you have any uncertainty or wish to figure out a win-win.

Outcome

Teens or educators leave the talk with greater self‑knowledge and curiosity to understand their own and others’ behaviour — so that they can, as the Tall Trees motto says, grow their lives. The hope is that this curiosity leads to workshops and profile sales for every facilitator who presents it!
